Action Reaction provides instruction in Jiu Jitsu, grappling, self defense, and strength & conditioning. Our BJJ program emphasizes the building of a strong foundation to promote safe and effective practice. Each lesson fits into a carefully planned, curricular framework. BJJ Classes meet the needs of kids and adults and serve all levels - from beginners to advanced.
